Timetables, exams, events and notices
È il sistema in cui le segreterie gestiscono sedi e aule, assegnano le aule alle lezioni e agli eventi, e scrivono gli avvisi. L'offerta formativa arriva dal GOMP, quindi ogni insegnamento ha già nome e docente. Da qui partono gli orari pubblicati sul web e le informazioni mostrate sui monitor.
Staff use it to manage buildings and rooms, assign rooms to classes and events, and write notices. Courses are imported from GOMP, so every class already has its name and teacher. Web timetables and screen content both come from here.
Porta le informazioni di InfoContenuti sui monitor e sui totem installati negli atri, davanti alle aule e nei corridoi. Ogni schermo mostra ciò che serve in quel punto: gli orari dell'aula vicina, gli avvisi del dipartimento, gli eventi della sede.
It brings InfoContenuti data to the screens and kiosks in lobbies, outside classrooms and along corridors. Each screen shows what matters in that spot: the nearby room's timetable, department notices, the building's events.

Prende forma il progetto InfoVideo: presentare a studenti, ospiti e personale le informazioni di Ateneo su monitor, web e dispositivi mobili, senza sommergerli di notizie. Nasce la metafora televisiva di reti, canali e programmi.
The InfoVideo project takes shape: bringing University information to students, guests and staff on screens, the web and mobile devices, without overwhelming them. The television metaphor of networks, channels and programmes is born.
L'Ateneo avvia uno studio di fattibilità sul sistema informativo e sulla gestione degli spazi. Ne seguono l'aggiornamento di InfoVideo e lo sviluppo di un nuovo software dell'Ateneo per le sedi, le aule e gli avvisi.
The University starts a feasibility study on its information system and space management. InfoVideo is upgraded and new University software is developed for buildings, rooms and notices.
Nasce InfoContenuti, con i moduli Orari, Eventi e Avvisi. Si integra con il GOMP per l'offerta formativa, con InfoCad per gli spazi e con Memo per gli avvisi dei siti web, e alimenta sia il web sia InfoVideo.

Il progetto INFOrmazione, nato al Dipartimento di Scienze della Formazione, riprende lo sviluppo: arrivano la prenotazione delle date d'esame per i docenti e il calendario pubblico degli esami per gli studenti.
The INFOrmazione project, started at the Department of Education, resumes development: teachers can now book exam dates and students get a public exam calendar.
Viene completata l'integrazione tra InfoVideo e InfoContenuti, sempre più apprezzati dalle segreterie e dagli studenti. All'aggiornamento dei componenti più datati si aggiunge lo sviluppo di nuove funzioni per venire incontro alle esigenze di tutti.
The integration between InfoVideo and InfoContenuti is completed, and both are increasingly valued by staff and students. Alongside the upgrade of the older components, new features are developed to meet the needs of all users.
